We provide a custom month-long training schedule which includes daily workout routines, a detailed training guidance, workout analysis & feedback as well as on-demand communication via text, video call, voice call or email. (For running distances up to Full Marathon/26.2 miles.)
Ultra Run Coaching (Remote)
$100 / month-to-month
We provide a custom month-long training schedule which includes daily workout routines, a detailed training guidance, workout analysis & feedback as well as on-demand communication via text, video call, voice call or email. (For running distances beyond Full Marathon. Typically 50Km+ )
1:1 Coaching Sessions (Live)
$50 / hour
Together, we schedule 1:1 (in-person) sessions to develop specific running skills such as running gait, mechanics, base fitness, strength, explosiveness, speed, etc. During these sessions, our coaches program skill-specific training, carefully observe and make adjustments to improve athlete performance.
Corporate Run Clinic (Virtual)
$100 / Hour
Invest in the health & fitness of your professional team! Our coaches are able to virtually link up with your team and provide valuable running guidance, share insight on gear, planning and safety as well as answer specific questions that your team may have for a seasoned runner.
Corporate Run Clinic (Live)
$250 / Hour
Invest in the health & fitness of your professional team! Our coaches are able to visit your workplace and provide valuable running guidance, share insight on gear, planning and safety as well as answer specific questions that your team may have for a seasoned runner. If possible, our coaches can even plan an on-site workout for your team to participate in.
Neighborhood Run Clinic (Live)
$150 / Hour (Minimum 10 Athletes)
Team up with your fellow neighbors and schedule a session of learning and running to boost your athletic performance. If necessary, we can tailor your session to skill-specific training or provide guidance on an array of topics to improve your running performance.
